Doug Ness, CRMS – Owner/Founder:
Doug started his career in asbestos and radiological clean up and worked throughout the Western United States for 6 years. He founded Ness Construction in 1991 and has specialized in fire and water restoration, mold remediation and water drainage systems in the Treasure Valley since that time. Doug mitigates the results of construction defects that effect water intrusion into the building envelope. His track record shows a long term holistic approach to diagnostics and prevention of poor IAQ, mold and structural degradation. Due to his hands on experience and long term approach, Doug has been a proficient speaker throughout the northwest for 6 years. He lives in Nampa with his wife together they raised 7 children and have 2 grandchildren.
Carrie Chambers – Office Manager:
Carrie has been with Ness, LLC for two years. She has vast knowledge of the construction and restoration process and her strive for excellence is what makes the engine here run at it’s best. A superior Project and office manager Carrie provides our clients with the best possible customer service and can answer all of your questions from inspections to billing. Carrie is a native Idahoan, she loves being a mom and taking care of her two boys.
Joshua Woods, WRT – Insurance Claim Specialist:
Alfredo is The drainage and water restoration expert you are looking for to properly assess the outside as well as the inside of your home. Alfredo has been with Ness for the last four years inspecting Homes and identifying the issues at the source. His vast knowledge of clay soils in the treasure Valley help in explaining how the initial area was impacted. He is extremely loyal and friendly, having the drive to deliver excellent customer service day in and day out. Alfredo is married and has two beautiful children.
Micah Ness – Project Manager & Lead Estimator:
Micah is the elder of the Ness brothers and is an extremely accomplished project manager. Honing his skills in Alaska being a full time Guide on hunting and fishing adventures and managing the building production of the family lodge.His knowledge of Mold Remediation and Water Restoration is a valuable asset to the company. Micah is extremely detail oriented, this is the staple of what keeps his projects on budget and on time. He is a Nampa native and is highly involved with his church. He enjoys hunting, fishing and extreme sports.
Josiah Ness – Project Manager & Media and Design Director:
Josiah has been working in the family business since he was old enough to hold a shovel. Being fully vested in the Ness standards his no non sense attitude towards business ensures the job is done right the first time. Part of the reason his projects stay on target is his extensive knowledge of water restoration and mold mitigation developed through years of hard work. He is a Nampa native and is highly involved with his church and youth ministry. Josiah is also an accomplished photographer and videographer giving our website the best information our clients can find.
Chris Pete Stacy, CMRS, WRT – Project Manager (Rebuild and Mold):
Pete Stacey is a nine year veteran of Nessllc and as a IICRC certified mold remediator He is the backbone of our Mold and rebuild division. He strives to find the source of your mold problems and find the correct solution to keep your home safe long into it’s years. Being a family man and having four children of his own, Pete knows the importance of containing the area for your protection and taking the extra steps to keep your family and your home safe,clean and worry free. He is the project manager that looks out for the Ness standard of excellence. Pete enjoys spending time with his wife Katy, and Teaching his kids about the outdoors.

Rafael Morales – Technician: (Drainage)
Rafa has been with the company since 2008 and is one of our lead technicians. Rafa is highly trained in all aspects of drainage systems and dry well applications. He is a key player in completing our drainage systems on time. Customers feel at ease with his calm and very polite demeanor. He lives in Nampa with his wife and two young children.
Rusty Wood – Technician: (Rebuild and Mold)
Rusty is a native Idahoan who lives in Nampa with his wife Jennifer and his thirteen year old daughter Kera. Rusty joined us in 2011 providing timely solutions and years of experience. He is a IICRC certified mold remediator that loves caring for people and there home. Rusty is a vital part of our growing company and is well liked among clients and coworkers.Rusty enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending time in the beautiful mountains of Idaho.
