Ben McCrea - Director of Projects & Marketing Ben is a senior staff member and multi-talented. He works with customers, manages projects and develops business, all while providing IT support and keeping a great sense of humor. Originally from Treasure Valley, Ben and his wife Cassie are raising two young children and enjoy Idaho's wilderness. Ben received his Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree from Boise State University in 2008. |

Chris Pete Stacy - Project Manager: An exceptionally hard worker, Pete is good with customers and consistently completes jobs ahead of schedule. Pete leads by example. And as situations sometimes require, he goes above and beyond the call of duty. A family man living in Emmett with his wife Katy and raising their four kids, he has been with Ness Construction for seven years. |

Alfredo Valencia - Project Manager: Alfredo strives to get projects done on time and budget. He is efficient and resourceful. Customers like his "whatever it takes" attitude and the care that he shows while on the job. He lives in Nampa with his wife Elena and growing family. |

Abbie Ness - Accountant & Office Manager: As the accounting and office manager, highly organized and thorough, Abbie keeps everything running smoothly. Most often when the phone rings, it's her cheerful voice you hear on the other end. She is the third oldest daughter in the Ness family. She is currently finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Communication at Boise State University and holds a degree from Treasure Valley Community College. |

Josiah Ness - Field Supervisor: Josiah has been working in the family business since he was little. He is an able-bodied worker with a no nonsense attitude who helps site teams push through. Part of the reason his projects stay on target is his extensive knowledge on the job, developed through years of hard work. He is a Nampa native and is highly involved with his church's Internship Program. |
