Who We Are.

Established in 1995 as Ness Construction and Energy Management, Ness LLC has been solving water intrusion problems and restoring homes damaged by fire, water and mold for over a decade. This experience gives us the expertise to accurately diagnose problems. We have installed over 1000 drainage systems and 250 mold projects in Idaho's Treasure Valley, and have seen a large variety of issues. We have yet to see drainage, mold or restoration issues that we could not correct.
The owner Doug Ness has been a presenter on water intrusion and mold issues throughout the Northwest, including local seminars here in Boise and Eagle. Ness LLC has been a member of the Better Business Bureau for 9 years, and Honoree of the Better Business Bureau integrity award in 2005. We are licensed, bonded and insured. But more importantly, we actually care!

Focused on long term solutions that make sense - we provide documentation of our findings, a narrative of the issues, and quantifiable, common sense solutions. Evidence, photographs and illustrations are used to document our findings.

The facts speak for themselves. In business there is always a cheaper price for something, but what do you get for that price? If someone just wants a cheap quick fix we may not be their selection. In approximately 40% of the work we do, we are coming in after another contractor has failed to properly diagnose or address the problem.
